Go to the Preferences Section of the Site, enter your User ID and Password. The details we hold about you will be shown. Make any alterations as required and update your record. Alternatively, you can delete your record completely.

 

As the Site develops, the facilities offered by the Site will increase. The Preferences screen will alter accordingly. Wherever possible, if a new facility which involves some degree of personalisation, the default will be not to include you but advise you by email of the provision of the new function or facility and ask you to elect to join in.

We do not currently share this personal information with anyone else, let alone in another Country. We provide you with facilities to maintain the record we hold about you. We will confirm membership on a regular basis automatically and archive inactive user records after one year of inactivity. We hold all the information on proprietary secure systems using respected operating systems and database products.

 

Problems with Ojored Forums

 

We will not allow our News Servers to be used for unacceptable purposes, which includes creating and sending illegal, abusive, libelous or improper messages. If we receive proven reports of such activity, the user account on the News Server will be terminated immediately.
